By downloading or using Stroved, you agree to these terms.

License

Stroved grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Purchases

Stroved offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Pro") that unlocks additional features. All purchases are final and processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Limitations

Stroved is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any loss of data or productivity.

The app requires macOS 15.0 or later. We do not guarantee compatibility with future macOS versions, though we strive to maintain compatibility.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Stroved are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the application.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time. Your license to use the app terminates if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
