Common Questions
How do I start a focus session?
Click the Stroved icon in your menu bar, select a category, and press BEGIN. The timer starts and Do Not Disturb activates automatically if enabled.
How do I change the timer duration?
In the menu bar popover, use the +/- buttons next to FOCUS, BREAK, and LONG to adjust durations. You can also configure these in Settings.
Where is my data stored?
All your data is stored locally on your Mac. Nothing is sent to any server. Your sessions, statistics, and preferences stay on your device.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Stroved → Settings → tap "Restore Purchases". Your Pro upgrade will be restored automatically if you purchased it with the same Apple ID.
The calendar integration doesn't work.
Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars and make sure Stroved has access. If it doesn't appear in the list, try removing and re-adding the app.
