Pomodoro Cycles

Stroved uses the Pomodoro technique at its core. Work in focused intervals, then take a break. After several sessions, take a longer break. This rhythm keeps your mind sharp without burning out.

Configurable Durations

Every timer is adjustable. Focus sessions range from 5 to 90 minutes, short breaks from 1 to 15 minutes, and long breaks from 5 to 30 minutes. Set the number of sessions before a long break anywhere from 2 to 8. Make it yours.

Session Flow

Start a session and let the timer run. When it ends, your break begins automatically if you want it to. The next focus session can auto-start too. Or take full manual control — start, pause, resume, skip, or reset at any time.

Last-Minute Warning

When less than 60 seconds remain in your session, an urgency indicator appears. A subtle reminder to wrap up your current thought before the break begins.
